If any products you have recieved are damaged, faulty, or not what you orginally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund if you contact us within 7 working days. Please notify us immediately by contacting info@exquisitemodel.co.uk

To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. 

Please remember to obtain and keep the proof of postage receipt and your tracking number, in the unlikley event that we do not recieve the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. Courier charges for parcels are the responsibility of the customer. Goods must be returned to us within 14 working days of delivery. Please find address on your packaging note or contact above email for details. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed.

PROCESSING THE REFUND

If you have chosen a refund for a returned product, we will process the calculated refund within 14 days of recieving your returned goods providing that you have returned the goods in their original condition. You will recieve an email notification of your refund from our Customer Service Team. If you have requested an exchange or replacement on your returns note, this will be processed within approx 7 working days of recieving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.

Fast Track: 1-2 Business Days (£3.99)
