Infinity Cove Rules

Due to the significant maintenance needed for infinity coves, kindly follow these guidelines on your shoot day and make sure to communicate them to your team:

• Absolutely no items should be attached to the cove, such as tape, pins, or glitter.

• Please refrain from stepping or jumping on the edges of the cove.

• Ensure that you wear clean or new shoes in the cove; use masking tape on the soles of shoes, and silicone for pointed high heels. Despite regular upkeep, dirty shoes can lead to long-term damage.

• Jumps and rapid movements are prohibited.

• If glitter, paint, ink, makeup, or scuff marks are present, a cleaning fee of up to £100 per room may be applied.

 

Backdrops

Each booking allows you to use the infinity cove and also change to a colour back drop. Should you want to use multiple backdrops this will be an extra charge of £10 per backdrop. Please ensure you let us know prior whether you will needing a specific back drop.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

​

Arrival & Departure

• Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled booking.

• Smoking and the use of smoke machines are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• At the end of your session, please ensure all equipment is returned to its original place.

Respect our staff

• Our team is here to support you—please treat all Exquisite Studios staff with respect.

• Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated. If a client engages in abusive behavior or violates these terms, staff have full authority to terminate the booking immediately.

Guests & studio capacity

• The maximum number of people allowed per session is 10.

• To prevent overcrowding, we ask guests to arrive at staggered times during your session.

• Level 5 seating is available—please feel free to use this space and enjoy the amenities.

• The studio opens as scheduled. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early. If early, wait in the visitor seating on Level 5 to avoid congestion at reception.

• If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, please notify us. We can grant access to your team before you arrive, but only with your consent.

• Exceeding capacity may result in immediate termination of your booking.

• All guests must sign in at reception which is on Level 1. When signing in please write Exquisite Studios in the visitors section.

Use of Studio

• The Hirer must not use the Studio for any unlawful, dangerous, or offensive activities.

• The Studio must be returned in the same condition as it was at the start of the Hire Period.

• Any damages or losses to the Studio or equipment caused by the Hirer or their guests must be paid for in full.

• Please note that use of the office space is not included in your hire fee. If you require access to the office space for additional room, it is available at an extra cost of £25 per hour. Please be aware that this price may vary if the office space is booked in advance of your main booking.

Equipment

• Use of studio equipment (lighting, a colour backdrop, props, etc.) is included unless otherwise stated.

• Equipment must be used safely and as instructed. The Hirer is responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

Overtime

• If the Hirer exceeds the booked Hire Period, overtime charges of £20 per hour will apply.

• Overtime is subject to studio availability.

​

Force Majeure

• The Studio is not liable for delays, cancellations, or non-performance arising from causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures.

​

Breakages, Losses or Damages

• Equipment is used at the client’s own risk. Exquisite Studios is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequential loss (including lost profits), nor for equipment malfunction.

• Clients are responsible for any breakages, losses, or damages to the premises or equipment during their session.

• Clients must inspect all equipment upon arrival and report any issues immediately. Failure to do so may result in being held liable for pre-existing damage.

• A £300 fee applies for any damage to Exquisite Studios’ property or equipment, plus repair or replacement costs.

• While Exquisite Studios holds liability insurance, we strongly recommend clients obtain their own public liability insurance.​

 

FAILURE TO COMPLY TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR BOOKING
